I had an AMAZING experience at Hanover Honda! I purchased a new HSS928CTD snow blower from this dealer. Their customer service is outstanding! My experience was so great that I drove 2 hours one-way / 4 hours return-trip to make my purchase. Tanya at reception is very friendly and polite. Dave the Sales Manager is an awesome guy. He responded to my email inquiries within minutes. That’s how you get deals done! Price was obviously a factor as well, and of course their pricing was more than fair. More shops should aspire to have the same high standards as this place. I will be recommending friends and family to visit Hanover Honda for their Power Equipment needs. Thanks for a wonderful experience!

I was on my way home from shopping last Friday and noticed I had a flat tire. It was 4:50 in the afternoon and I knew it was a long shot finding a place to get it fixed. I took a chance and pulled into Hanover Honda and they had no problem fixing my tire, the mechanic even stayed 1/2 hour after they closed to make sure the tire was good. Very much appreciated Hanover Honda!

When Kevin at the service desk tells you something, you can take that to the bank. What he promised, happened. Eva who i also dealt with was kind, curteous and helpful (as was Kevin!). AND they have coffee and cold drinks while you wait. Awesome expirience.

I spoke to Eva today inquiring about brakes and getting the estimate for my 2012 Honda civic, she was very informative and helpful. She was a pleasure to speak with and she had lot of patience in answering all my questions. Thank you Eva for your great service.

I went to Hanover Honda powersports, in the old macleans building. I went to get a brochure about the Honda Talon side by side. My wife and I were considering buying one next spring. We also had the canam maverick and Polaris RZR on the list. This is where I met Brayden. He’s the assistant manager here, and looks like an extremely busy guy, looking after sales, mechanics, all sorts of stuff. He’s a gem. He’s super helpful, friendly and knows what he’s talking about. He didn’t downplay or trash the other brands I was interested in. He just informed me of everything Honda had to offer. I’ve never been happier with a purchase in my life. At 47 years of I’ve. dealt with a lot of vehicle purchases over the years. This is probably the best sale I’ve ever done. Go in and see this guy if you need anything. Atvs, utvs, snowblowers, lawnmowers….you won’t be disappointed. Thanks again Brayden. Your honesty and integrity went a long way, and I’ll be doing business with you again. Honda better give you a raise, if I owned another dealership around here I’d be sniping a valuable employee.

Sending a big thank you to Cory! Last Friday around 5:30 I had stopped at store on the way home from work. When I got back to my car it wouldn’t start. . I knew Honda was closing at 6, but gave them a call anyway. It was dark and rainy, but Cory offered to come out to help me start my vehicle.Cory got me on the road again. He works in sales & leasing but went out of his way on a Friday evening to help me. Thanks so much!!
